Mat based Pilates classes are very well known but have you heard of or tried Reformer & Tower/Cadillac Pilates?

Learn the art of the basic Reformer/Tower repertoire as well as safety of the equipment in this 4 week beginners course.

​

This course is designed for people who have little or no experience with Reformer Pilates. Like mat based pilates, Reformer/Tower sessions work your whole body to build strength and endurance as well as improve flexibility and balance. Combining these things can lead to daily life improvements like better posture & balance, more efficient movements, and for many, relief from pain such as low back pain.

The Course will give you all the tools you need to join small group apparatus sessions.

CANDLELIGHT PILATES & RELAXATION WORKSHOP

FRIDAY 24TH JANUARY

This blissful class combines breath work, fascia release work, stretches and deep core work followed by a blissful guided relaxation. It provides the perfect recipe for resetting your nervous system and preparing you for a good night of quality sleep kickstarting the new season feeling relaxed, recharged and ready for anything. 
 

You don’t need to have any Pilates experience as it’s open to all levels, but you must have a curiosity to explore your body and, most importantly, unwind.

BODY TUNE UP & REHAB

First Saturday of every month at 9.15am

A full body practice that compliments other training disciplines, helping to prevent and aid injury recovery as well as increase flexibility and mobility. 

In this Monthly Body Tune up & Rehab mini-workshop, you will learn how to use therapeutic balls, rollers, bands, strengthening exercises and functional movements to release tight tissue, re-pattern muscular imbalances and calm the central nervous system.
